Mortgage Awards
Commitment to providing simple, value for money services for customers has resulted in SRBS achieving two coveted What Mortgage awards for the years 2004 to 2008 - ‘Best National Building Society of the Year’ and ‘Overall Lender of the Year’. The leading mortgage consumer magazine used Standard Variable Rate mortgage rates (SVR) to judge the awards each year and compares over 100 UK mortgage lenders. The results show that over time, SRBS has consistently offered highly competitive rates when measured against its competitors. SRBS is very proud of this achievement and remains committed to providing this award-winning service to its members. The awards were discontinued in this format from 2009 leaving the Society as undefeated champions!
